The first thing you need to do is learn about diving, dive theory and develop the knowledge base needed to dive. To do this PADI has an online elearning course that has videos and all the required tests and learning baked into one place. Each of you will need to do the course work and once completed you will be ready for the next step.

At this point we will go to the dive shop and get your gear. There are 5 confined water dives we need to do. These are done at the nearby pool and this is where we practice skills and really learn how to dive. (These are done over two days)

The open water dives consistent of 4 dives. For these we jump on a boat and head out into the blue ocean on a local reef. These dives are your final review where we go over the skills you have learned in the pool and put them to the test. (These are done over two days)
